  • ​​​Do I need to be present for delivery?

    • No.  Standard vacation arrival stocking is completed before your arrival.  We coordinate access through your property manager or provided entry instructions so everything is stocked, organized, and ready when you arrive.  

    • If your order includes alcohol, that portion is handled separately.  A guest age 21 or older with a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID must be present before alcohol can be released

  • Can you work directly with my property manager?

    • Yes.  We regularly coordinate with property managers for access and timing, allowing for a seamless experience without requiring guest involvement.​

  • Do you fully stock the kitchen or just deliver groceries?

    • We fully stock and organize your kitchen.  Groceries are neatly put away in the refrigerator, pantry, and cabinets so your vacation home feels arrival-ready from the moment you walk through the door. ​​​

  • Will refrigerated and frozen items be protected?

    • Yes.  Refrigerated and frozen items are carefully handled throughout shopping, transport, and stocking to maintain quality and freshness. ​

  • How far in advance should I book my arrival stocking?

    • We recommend placing your order at least 48 hours before arrival.  Additional notice is appreciated during holidays and peak travel periods.

  • What areas do you currently serve? 

    • We currently provide vacation arrival stocking throughout Anna Maria Island, including Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, and Bradenton Beach.

  • Can I request favorite brands or specialty grocery items?

    • Yes.  Every order is customized to your preferences, including favorite brands, dietary needs, specialty grocery items, and vacation essentials.

  • Will I receive grocery receipts?
