Simply share your grocery list, beverage requests, and vacation essentials through our secure intake form.  We personally shop, deliver, and thoughtfully stock your vacation rental before check-in, so your vacation can begin the moment you walk through the door.

• Arrival and property-access coordination

• Thoughtful substitutions and clear communication

Thoughtful service starts before you arrive.  The same dedicated team personally shops, delivers, and thoughtfully prepares your vacation rental with the same care we’d use for our own family.

​Arrival Order Minimum:

To ensure every guest receives the elevated arrival experience we’re known for, vacation arrival orders require a minimum of 10 items or $100 in retail purchases.

How Our Pricing Works:

Every vacation arrival order includes two straightforward service fees.  Groceries, non-alcoholic beverages, vacation essentials, and other non-alcoholic provisions are purchased at retail cost on your behalf.  Prior to shopping, a secure Stripe authorization is placed for the estimated amount due to Driftwood Provisions.

If alcohol is requested, that purchase is completed and paid for separately and directly with the retailer selected by Driftwood Provisions and is not included in the Stripe authorization or final capture. 

Once shopping, delivery, and staging are complete, only the final amount due to Driftwood Provisions is captured.  Any unused portion of the authorization is released by your card issuer.​

• Delivery to your rental

Provisioning Service Fee 

25% of Your Retail Purchase Total 

Includes:

• Personal shopping

• Shopping at carefully selected retailers

• Thoughtful substitutions

• Quality checks

• Digital receipt & completion photos

For alcohol requests, the retail value of alcohol purchased and paid for directly by the client is included when calculating the 25% service fee.  The alcohol purchase itself remains separate and is not included in the Driftwood Provisions Stripe authorization or final capture.

No Hidden Grocery Markups

Groceries, non-alcoholic beverages, vacation essentials, and all other provisions purchased by Driftwood Provisions are always charged at retail price.  We never mark up those products.

You’ll always receive your store receipt and know exactly what you’re paying for.

Alcohol Requests

Alcohol can still be included in your provisioning request.  Driftwood Provisions will review your selections and coordinate that portion of the request through Publix Liquors or Total Wine & More, selecting the retailer and location best suited to your stay, timing, and product availability.

You will complete and pay for the alcohol purchase separately and directly with the selected retailer.  Where permitted, you may authorize Driftwood Provisions to retrieve your prepaid order on your behalf as your designated pickup representative.

A guest age 21 or older with a valid, unexpired government-issued ID must be present before alcohol can be released.
