Payment & Refund Policy

Payment Terms

- All Driftwood Provisions services require full prepayment prior to shopping and delivery.

- Credit/Debit cards are accepted via secure payment link.

- Card may be authorized for estimated grocery cost and service charge.

- Final charge may vary based on actual item pricing, substitutions, weight-based items, overages, or add-ons.

Non-Refundable

- Service fees are non-refundable once shopping begins.

- Alcohol purchases

- Orders where access or ID requirements are not met.

Retail Purchases

- Grocery and all other provisions are purchased at retail cost on the client’s behalf.  Estimated totals are adjusted after shopping.

- Items not delivered or incorrect items may be eligible for refund. 

- All refunds are issues at the discretion of Driftwood Provisions and may be partial.

Alcohol Procurement

- Alcohol services are available where legally permitted and require, prepayment, valid government issued ID verification, and are non-refundable.

Cancellations

- Cancellations made day of shopping or after shopping begins may be eligible for partial refunds excluding the service fee.
