How are alcoholic beverages handled?

- Alcoholic beverages may be requested as part of your order.  To comply with Florida Delivery requirements, alcoholic beverages are delivered separately after your arrival to a guest 21 years of age or older who presents a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID.  Alcoholic beverages cannot be left unattended at the rental.  All groceries, household items, and nonalcoholic beverages will still be stocked before arrival as scheduled. 

 

Will someone need to be present to receive alcoholic beverages?

- Yes, If your order includes alcoholic beverages, a guest who is at least 21 years of age must be present with a valid government-issued ID to accept the delivery of alcoholic beverages.  Non-alcoholic groceries and essentials will still be stocked before arrival as arranged.

Do you shop multiple stores?

- Each order includes one primary grocery store.  Additional stores are available as an add-on.  Additionally, we are not currently shopping at specialty or boutique stores at this time.

What stores do you shop at?

- Driftwood Provisions shops at Costco, Whole Foods, Publix, and Detwiler’s Farm Market to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency.

Can I request specific brands?

- Absolutely!  Preferences are collected during onboarding.

What if an item is unavailable?

- We follow your substitution preferences or will contact you if needed.

Do you offer same-day service?

- No.  Advanced notice is required to ensure quality and availability.

Are your prices marked up?

- No.  Grocery and all other provisions are charged at retail price.  Driftwood Provisions is a premium shopping brand and our service fee covers shopping, coordinations, and delivery.

Do you accept custom requests?

- Yes!  Specialty diets, celebrations, and extended stays are quoted individually.

Can I still order if I am outside your service area?​

- No.  Unfortunately at this time Driftwood Provisions is only available in Anna Maria Island, Lido Key, Lakewood Ranch, and Bradenton.  We are working hard to bring our services to your area in the future.
