Do you deliver alcohol?

- Yes, where legally permitted.  Alcohol purchases are client-funded and require age verification before delivery.

Do you shop multiple stores?

- Each order includes one primary grocery store.  Additional stores are available as an add-on.  Additionally, we are not currently shopping at specialty or boutique stores at this time.

What stores do you shop at?

- Driftwood Provisions shops at Costco, Whole Foods, Publix, and Detwiler’s Farm Market to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency.

Can I request specific brands?

- Absolutely!  Preferences are collected during onboarding.

What if an item is unavailable?

- We follow your substitution preferences or will contact you if needed.

Do you offer same-day service?

- No.  Advanced notice is required to ensure quality and availability.

Are your prices marked up?

- No.  Grocery and all other provisions are charged at retail price.  Driftwood Provisions is a premium shopping brand and our service fee covers shopping, coordinations, and delivery.

Do you accept custom requests?

- Yes!  Specialty diets, celebrations, and extended stays are quoted individually.

Can I still order if I am outside your service area?​

- No.  Unfortunately at this time Driftwood Provisions is only available in Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, and Anna Maria.  We are working hard to bring our services to your area in the future.
