What areas do you serve?
- We currently provide premium grocery shopping, delivery, and arrival provisioning for vacation stays on Anna Maria Island, including Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, and Bradenton Beach, as well as Lido Key.
Do you shop multiple stores?
- Yes. Depending on your grocery list and preferences, we may shop across multiple trusted retailers to best fulfill your order. Our goal is to source your requested items thoughtfully and efficiently while keeping your arrival experience seamless.
What grocery stores do you shop at?
- We regularly shop trusted grocery retailers including Publix, Costco, Detwiler’s Farm Market, and Whole Foods Market. Store selection may vary based on your grocery list, preferences, and product availability.
Can I request specific brands?
- Absolutely! You can include preferred brands, sizes, and other product preferences when submitting your shopping list. We’ll shop according to those preferences whenever possible.
What if an item is unavailable?
- We’ll follow your substitution preferences provided with your grocery order. If a suitable replacement is not clear, we’ll reach out when needed before making a substitution.
Are your prices marked up?
- No. We do not mark up the retail price of your groceries, non-alcoholic beverages, or vacation essentials. You pay the actual purchase price, while the Driftwood Provisions service fee and Delivery & Staging fee are listed separately so you can clearly see what you are paying for.
Do you offer same-day service?
- For pre-arrival stocking, advance notice is required so we can properly plan, shop, coordinate access, and prepare your arrival with the level of care our service is built around. Same-day restocking during your stay may be available on a limited basis, depending on our availability, size, and scope of your request.
Do you accept custom requests?
- Absolutely. If there’s something you’d like waiting for you that falls outside a typical grocery order, just include with your request. We’re happy to explore thoughtful enhancements whenever possible, with availability depending on the item, timing, and scope of the request.
How is alcohol handled?
- Alcohol can still be included in your provisioning request. Driftwood Provisions will review your selections and coordinate that portion of the request through Publix Liquors or Total Wine & More, choosing the retailer and location best suited to your stay, timing, and product availability.
You will complete and pay for the alcohol purchase separately and directly with the selected retailer. Where permitted, you may authorize Driftwood Provisions to retrieve your prepaid order on your behalf as your designated pickup representative.
A guest 21 years or older who presents a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID must be present before alcohol can be released. Your groceries, non-alcoholic beverages, and vacation essentials can still be stocked before arrival as scheduled.
